Athos provides advice to multinational and domestic clients specializing in corporate and commercial law, syndicated and non-syndicated bank financing, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, as well as commercial litigation. His practice also pertains to regulatory disputes, particularly involving financial and professional services and has been involved in some of CySEC’s highest profile investigations against both individuals and institutions. Moreover, he advises several leading Financial Services companies on various corporate, transactional, regulatory and compliance matters and has represented a number of them before the Courts and the Regulator.

Athos earned an LLB (Hons) from the University of Leicester, UK on a scholarship from the University. He also studied International Human Rights at Oxford University on a scholarship from the Leventis Foundation.
